Behind Sangam Industries stands the inspiring journey of Mr. Vikas Bansal, a seasoned entrepreneur carrying more than twenty-five years of practical manufacturing experience within the polishing compounds industry. Beginning his professional journey as an intern in an unorganized manufacturing setup, Mr. Vikas Bansal gained hands-on exposure to polishing compounds, industrial finishing behavior, production systems, customer requirements, and manufacturing operations.
Coming from an underprivileged background, his entrepreneurial path involved overcoming numerous obstacles including, Financial limitations, Machinery constraints, Limited industrial guidance, Resource shortages, Competitive market conditions, and Manufacturing challenges.
Despite these limitations, his determination, technical understanding, and leadership capabilities helped transform a small manufacturing operation into a professionally managed industrial manufacturing ecosystem. Today, his vision continues driving Sangam Industries toward manufacturing excellence and international expansion.
